We've grouped the initiatives into the three strategies of public education opponents: Defund. Demonize. Privatize.

DEFUND
Decimating Local Revenue for Schools:
Initiative 50: Voter approval to retain additional prop tax revenue (on ballot)
Initiative 108: Reduced valuations for assessments (circulating)

Shrinking the General Fund:
Initiative 176: Cut the income tax rate from 4.4% to 4.35% (approved for circulation)
Initiative 178: Cut the income tax rate from 4.4% to 4.00% (approved for circulation)

Making TABOR Even Stricter:
Initiative 252: Require new votes for ALL state and local "de-Brucing" measures (circulating)

DEMONIZE
Initiative 160: Public athletic programs for minors (circulating)
Initiative 142: Parental notification of gender incongruence (circulating)

PRIVATIZE
Initiative 138: School choice in education (circulating)
