Katherine Smith

Katherine Smith is a graduate of Colorado State University and lives in Edwards with her husband, Grant, and their two sons. With a strong background in hospitality, Katherine serves as the Property and Association Manager for Beaver Creek Landing at East West Resorts. Katherine has an innate passion for both community involvement and supporting education. As an active Edwards Elementary School PTA member, Katherine has set a high standard for investing in her children's schools and enriching student experiences. Additionally, she co-owns the Riverwalk Theater in Edwards with her husband, Grant.
