About Apple Awards
From October through May, we recognize one outstanding educator each month from any Eagle County school—public, private, charter, or parochial—who has gone above and beyond to make a meaningful impact on students. Each honoree receives a $500 award in appreciation of their work.
Through nomination from students, parents, colleagues, and community members, this program shines a light on the incredible educators who show up every day and make a difference in our classrooms.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Any teacher working in an Eagle County school—public, private, charter, or parochial—is eligible. You may nominate more than one educator.
Who Can Nominate?S
Students, parents, colleagues, and community members are all welcome to nominate an educator they believe is deserving of this recognition.
When Can I Nominate?
Nominations are due on the 15th of each month during the school year (Oct-May). May nominations are due by April 30th.

When Decisions Are Made?
The selection will take place on the 1st of the following month. If your nominee is not selected, you may re-nominate.
