Evening of Stars is a district-wide, year-end celebration recognizing educators, support staff, volunteers, and district staff.

Raffle and PRIZE drawings—all ECSD staff are eligible to win!

EFEC will provide Turtle Buses across the valley.

Each ECSD staff will receive free food and drinks!

Families are welcome! There will be discounted food and drinks available for family members.

Everyone can enjoy this concert in the Park! We are excited to announce our band, The Evolution!
How: Registering for the event will secure your drink and meal tickets, which will be available for pick-up at any of the three check-in tables on the day of the event.

ECSD employees will receive 2 free drinks and a free meal.

Family and friends are welcome. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Beer and wine cost $5 each.
E•ƒ(ec) provides roundtrip transportation from Gypsum & Eagle to Avon; depending on capacity, stops in Edwards will also be provided. Mandatory registration by May 15 for a seat on the Turtle Bus. The sign-up determines how many buses we reserve. Reserve below on our registration site.

Drinks (beer & wine) cost $5 each.

This event DOES NOT permit attendees to bring their own alcohol (No BYOB).

Water stations will be available. Please bring your own refillable water bottle.

Bring your own lawn chair, blanket, etc. These items will not be provided.

This is a smoke-free event. All cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vape pens are prohibited.

No dogs or pets allowed at the event.
