2026 Evening of Stars!
Thank you for joining us for our 28th Annual Evening of Stars, our ECSD all-staff, district-wide, year-end celebration, held in Gypsum on Friday, May 29th. You are all so amazing, and you really knew how to weather a storm! Yes, we had to share a video of you all heading towards the drinks during the brief, freak rainstorm that intruded our event! ECSD staff are such problem-solvers!
During the event gave out $70,000 in scholarship awards, over $20,000 in cash giveaways, prizes, tacos, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, beer, seltzers, Fanta, and probably too many churros to count! Thank you for coming out to celebrate and making our year-end bash so much fun!

How:
Registering for the event will secure your drink and meal tickets, which will be available for pick-up at any of the three check-in tables on the day of the event. ECSD staff must RSVP using their district email to register themselves and their family. Please be sure to include the full names of each individual attending. Only ECSD staff members are eligible for prizes.
Registration is currently closed. It will open in May of 2027

Drinks (beer & wine) cost $5 each.

This event DOES NOT permit attendees to bring their own alcohol (No BYOB).

Water stations will be available. Please bring your own refillable water bottle.

Bring your own lawn chair, blanket, etc. These items will not be provided.

This is a smoke-free event. All cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vape pens are prohibited.

No dogs or pets allowed at the event.
